School Uniform

At Great Ouse Primary Academy, we believe that uniforms are smart and practical. We want our children to wear their uniform with pride.

We strongly advise that every item is clearly named with a printed sticker/ tag, sewn initials or indelible marker.

School uniform suppliers 

Items of school uniform can be purchased through the school’s suppler, Mapac schoolwear.  

Items of non-branded uniform (for example trousers, skirts and shorts) can be purchased from Mapac schoolwear or alternative retailers.  

The school PTA has an online shop with pre-loved school uniform where good condition uniforms can be purchased at a greatly reduced cost.

Uniform

Boys 

• Crew neck navy blue sweatshirt/cardigan with school badge 
• White polo shirt with school badge 
• Black trousers 
• Grey or black plain socks 
• Black shoes flat soled - no boots or trainers 
• In the summer boys may wear black shorts 
• Open toed sandals are not allowed even with socks 

For Y5 & Y6 Boys 

• Black blazer 
• White shirt 
• GOPA clip-on tie 
• All other things as above except white polo shirt 

Girls 

• Crew neck navy blue sweatshirt/cardigan with school badge 
• White polo shirt with school badge 
• Black trousers/skirt/pinafore 
• Black or grey socks/tights 
• Black shoes flat soled - no boots or trainers 
• In the summer girls may wear navy/white gingham check dresses 
• Open toed sandals are not allowed even with socks 

For Y5 & Y6 Girls 

• Black blazer  
• White shirt

• All other things as above except white polo shirt 

Boys and Girls PE Kit 

• Trainers 
• Navy blue shorts
