The School Day

Drop Off and Pick Up Times 

The school day begins at 8.40am and all children enter through their classrooms. Children in years 1-6 can be dropped off from 8.30am.  

Children in Pre-School, Reception and years 1-4 must be brought into, and collected from, school by an adult. Children in year 5 & 6 can arrive and leave without an adult if parent/ carer consent is in place.  

Registration for all year groups is 8.40am-8.50am. 

The school day finishes at 3.15pm and children should be picked up promptly from their classrooms.  

Break and Lunch Time 

Break time is 10.50am-11:10am. 

Lunchtime for Reception, Year 1 and Year 2: 12.10 -1.10pm. 

Lunchtime for Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6: 12.30pm-1.30pm. 

We recommend that your child brings a named sports bottle of water with them each day.

Wrap Around Care  

Wrap around care is provided by Junior Adventures Group and is available from 7.30am until 8.40am and 3.15pm until 6pm.

Travelling To and From School 

We encourage pupils and parents to travel to school by cycling, scooting and walking wherever possible. It is a great way to start the day, boosts mental health, saves money, is good for the environment, and helps ease congestion outside the school.

When driving and parking on, or near, the school grounds, please be considerate of others including pedestrians and local residents.  

Please only park in the disabled bay or staff car park if you have a Blue Badge or a GOPA permit.
